Staff Availability

Thank you for your interest in presenting an Academic Year session for our scholars in the spring semester. Please complete the form below to provide us with your session title, target audience, and availability for scheduling your session. Responses are due by 11:59 p.m. on Tuesday, November 15th. We will then finalize the spring semester schedule and provide you with your assigned date and time once we have reviewed everyone’s availability.

If you are no longer interested or able to present a session for our scholars next semester, then please let us know that your plans have changed. These presentations are optional.

We will then assign one date to each presenter based on availability. (Note: All dates listed are Saturdays, and unless otherwise requested, the sessions will be conducted in-person.)
